Update January 25, 2008
My mom is doing better, they have figured out that it isn’t asthma after all. It is an overload of yeast in her body, that was shutting off her breathing. Of course the antibiotics just made it a lot worse! She has her mouth and throat full of thrush- yeast, and now she is getting the proper treatment! YEAH! now maybe she can start feeling better!

Alexis has a horrible cold currently, which is not helping how she feels; but she is still the biggest comedian & a goof ball & a pistol! Nothing slows her down! She is so verbal now! Many words make sense to her & she’s putting lots of words together. Her doctor said this week, that she thinks she is a little advanced in the brain department. She’s little, but she’s brilliant! Yeah!Â
 Thank you so much Prayer Servant Ministries for allowing us to have this website! Thank you for allowing me to share our story, ask for prayer, and overload your system with pictures. I LOVE it! Your generosity has helped us so much, this is my therapy and always has been since her diagnosis. It is also so amazing to be able to reach out to people and ask for prayer and be able to share when the prayers are answered. This is a great ministry you do! THANK YOU!

Look at how much I’ve grown! we never would’ve dreamed last January that we would be given such wonderful time with Alexis. God has been so good to us and answered so many of our prayers!

I am so glad to hear your mom is better. I know how it feels to have something wrong that is not correctly diagnosed at first and then finally getting it figured out. It’ such a relief to be getting treatment that makes things improve. Give her my best wishes for a speedy cure.

Jill and JB, Happy Anniversary!!! I found a photo of JB recently of him smiling ear to ear standing by a red car holding a huge balloon bouquet in front of the Auburn Ave. Theatre! From the smile he must have had big plans! The photo must be 12 years old at least. The story had a very happy ending that was actually a beginning. Rejoicing with you on all your miracles and expecting many more.
This website is a constant reminder that God is real and that he asnwers prayers.
Seeing your well cared for daughters is a huge blessing in so many ways. The photo diary of Alexis’ life is so amazing to read. These recent photos are very sweet and I loved the bracelets on her holding her treat!
Such a little lady! I am not surprised that she is so smart and bright! Alexis is destined to confound the medical prefession!
