Scan Time, Sedation #47, blah…blah…blah…

Well our almost 4 year old has decided she doesn’t want to go to Children’s.

She doesn’t want to take a “forced nap” and doesn’t understand why she must.

She doesn’t want an injection in radiology department of “icky” medicine.

The medicine we started today tastes “Disgusting”

Today she took her baby to the “hospital” and put her in a box….(CT machine)….  I guess she gets the idea of all of this…too “normal” for her….

She wanted a puppy (stuffed) and the puppy told her that she had to wear the “mask” and go night night and get the medicine in her injection, for her to adopt this little fluff ball, the doggie said so!

She said in a sarcastic tone….”Oh, ALRIGHT!  I promise I will”

And now she has a new “stuffed friend” named “Rosabella”…..

Bribery to my kids is not my favorite things, but I’m going to do what I have to, to make this as pleasant as possible for her and all of us.

Pray for us, and for the technicians, doctors, nurses, results and all involved.

Thank you for your faithfulness in prayer for our family.  Life is more “normal” but this part will never be “normal” or not filled with fear!

But God holds our hands and holds our little girls in His loving arms, thru all of these things.  Thank you Lord for giving us strength!

God bless you in the next few days and God bless everyone in Haiti and all the pain in this world.

A wise man told us recently to remember “LIFE IS A PRACTICE FOR ETERNITY!”
